Application Process Moves Online

Beginning with the April 15, 2014 application deadline for fall 2014 competitive and basic scholarships, Doyon Foundation will only accept applications online. Paper applications will no longer be accepted.

To apply for a scholarship online:
  • Create an account if you don't already have one. It is highly recommended that students create an account at least two weeks prior to the application deadline, as the shareholder verification process can take up to three business days.
  • Once you’re logged in, click “students,” then select “open scholarships.”
  • Pick a scholarship by clicking “apply now.”

This change means a faster and more secure application process for students, and will result in more accurate and efficient scholarship processing for Foundation staff.

Students who need computer access are welcome to come to the Foundation office at the Doyon Industrial Facility, 615 Bidwell Ave., Suite 101 in Fairbanks. Our staff is also available to answer any questions or help with any issues students encounter with the online application process.

For more information, contact Maurine McGinty, scholarship program manager, at mcgintym@doyon.com or 907.459.2049.
